  • Client Portal: Frontline staff can easily request equipment delivery or pickup from a customizable item catalogue with the option to select services based on predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Administrator Portal: This backend interface empowers administrators and dispatchers to manage, customize, and dispatch requests. It also provides tools to track service performance, monitor productivity, and identify trends for data-driven decision-making.
  • Mobile App: Healthcare support teams can use the mobile app on Apple devices to manage and track orders in real time, from assignment through completion. This ensures seamless and efficient service delivery.
